Terms of Delivery

 

  • Upon receipt of payment for the goods, the order will be sent within 1-2 days, unless otherwise specified in the descriptions of the goods.
  • Goods that we do not have in stock and that need to be manufactured are shipped within the deadline indicated on the product pages.
  • The goods are sent via Omniva courier services to post offices or delivered directly to the address specified by you. International orders are sent using Lithuanian postal services.
  • When choosing delivery by parcel machine, indicate in the order comment to which parcel machine you want to receive your order. Failing this, we will select the nearest parcel machine to the delivery address you provide.
  • In case of an excessive number of orders, we reserve the right to send the goods later
Return Policy

 

  • The buyer has the right to return the goods to the seller within 14 days from the date of purchase of the goods.
  • If you decide to return the product, the buyer must write an e-mail to within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product info@wuud.lt and fill out the product return form, which we will send in response to your email. The letter will indicate the address to which the goods will need to be returned.
  • Send the filled out form to an email address info@wuud.lt. 
  • Transportation costs are paid by the buyer.
  • Refunds are made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods, if the goods meet the requirements of the returned goods.
  • You will be able to pick up the goods that did not meet the requirements of the returned goods at the specified address, which we will send by e-mail. The goods can also be sent to the address specified by the buyer. The buyer pays for the delivery.
  • The buyer must ensure that the returned goods are shipped in secure packaging so that the goods are not damaged during shipment. Before sending the goods, the buyer must send photos of the goods and their packaging to the address info@wuud.lt

The product cannot be returned if:

  • Products packaging is damaged
  • The product is damaged due to the buyer's fault (punctures, cracks, scratches, damage by water or other liquids, the moisture level of the product is elevated, the final layer is damaged or other mechanical / physical damage is caused).
  • The description of the product states that the product is non-refundable.
